急遽「バイシクルクラブ」の取材をチームBeeが受けることになり、今日は久しぶりのBee朝練に参加。
千葉～高滝ダム往復７０キロをのんびりサイクリングしてきた。
アップダウンで強度を上げて刺激を入れつつ、ペースはLSD。アクルの練習では強度が上がりすぎて今の自分には強すぎる。無風快晴。気温も高く、故障を気にせず気持ちよく走れた。





BCの記者は「もっちゃん」。
スペシャライズドを駆る小柄な元気者お姉さん。たちまち親父ライダーたちのアイドルと化していた。

帰路は写真撮影などしながら、さらにのんびりと。
中切れした後方集団のペースを作るために先頭を引いて帰ったが、これがアシストとして評価され「もっちゃんのサポート隊員」に選ばれたようだ。

本日の模様はBC３月号に掲載予定だとか。楽しみであります。

お疲れ様でした。
Nantaroさんに引いてもらっていると、背中に目があるのではないかと思うほど後続のペースに合わせてくれ、一定のペースで淡々と走ってくれるので安心して走れるんです。
昨年のＧＷで脚を使いきったあとにNantaroさんに引いてもらってつくづく感じました。
